chipoo hacking like cough

could anyone help me what is the problem with my 5month chipoo named "cream",she always hacking like cough not really a cough but like there is something in her throat that she wants to blow out.we got our little chipoo in a pet store a week ago and we've been into the vet and says that cream has a cold and will get soon, but medicine have gone yet the hacking is still there, we have an appointment today with the vet again, but still worrying for my little cream.she plays a lot, drinks and eat as normal but my concern is why she is hacking like that??hope this thing is not serious problem for my pup.

Cavapoo concerns

We just got a 10 week old female Cavapoo.
She is not very active. Sleeps alot and doesn't seem very interested in playing.
She'll walk around a little and then just sit there. She's very quiet. She woke up twice last night, once to pee and once to poop. Only wined one time for about a minute, then went back to sleep. A good night I think.

My main concern is that she isn't active at all.
Should I be concerned?
