I had been wanting to adopt a puppy for a while and happened to see an ad on craigslist.com. The ad stated that the woman had a small breed black puppy that she had had for a week. She quickly realized that she was allergic, however, and needed to find another home for the 5 week old female. I quickly showed my boyfriend the ad and we called to find out more information. My boyfriend agreed to go look at the dog, but he was very firm about not getting her if she was a yippy rat dog. He was a little apprehensive about the description we were given. The next day we drove out to the house and as soon as I held the beautiful black and tan, barely 2lb little angel I was hooked and my boyfriend was too. She licked my chin, curled up on my chest and went to sleep. She has been the best decision I have ever made, and she brings me so much joy and love. Gemma is definitely our spoiled little princess :D
