We were told when we adopted him 4 years ago that he was a Great Dane...when we got to the shelter they said he was a full blood weim. We fell in love, and he became the best dog we could ever have asked for. He NEVER acted like a weim, and everyone always confused him with a dane. He had all the dane personality traits. He passed away last August, and we then adopted a Great Dane puppy. The longer we have her the more we think Griff was a great weimar. We loved him soooooo much!! I wanted to post a pic, what do you think? Full Weim or Great Weimar? Either way...he was amazing and is missed everyday.
