my Great Danebull ?

I have a 10 month puppy that sometimes when walking his front legs will buckle at the knees , he also has some shaking or muscle spasm in his front legs . He was also hurt in a auto accident that broke his Femur and had the head of his Femur removed , this leg also shakes from time to time . He is very clumsy and fall a lot this my be due to his accident but this could be due to the Dane breed , he is 90 lbs. but seem to have little control of his legs a lot of the time.
