first heat

kmmabry Contact Me Starting Member (24) Posted: 1/17/2009 1:53:39 PM	Ok I thought my bulloxer, Chloe, had her first heat a while ago. But I guess not because that was just spotting for about 3 day. The vet says that she is fine though. But now she really is in heat and it has last for about three weeks. Her vulva is swollen up huge and she is still really bleeding pretty heavy. I am beginning to think that it will last forever. Could someone just tell something to look for that will let me know that is going to go away? Please!!! I don't know how much longer I can take it.
