We wanted a companion for our 11 year old collie/shelty mix who's health was declining. My husband found Scruffy and his brother at the pet shop at the mall and we would never dream of buying a dog from that kind of place with all the adoption facilities, but ... one glimpse of this adorable yet odd looking puppy. Our hearts were fixed. Scruffy made Andy's last few months full of fun. Scruffy is great therapy and a wonderful companion for all our family members. I'm thankful for this little guy!
