my grandmas dog Sugar a maltese terrier was 16yrs old, blind, mostly deaf, missing lots of teath and diabetic.. but my grandmother loved him so much and had him for 14yrs. he was her "little man" and it broke her heart when the vet said he ahd a brain tumor forming and wound need to be put down soon, so she decided to put him down but kept putting it off cause she didnt want to lose him, so for her birthday i bougth her Tia a peekapoo, i found her in horrable conditions at and animal shelter and knew she need a new home and my grammie was the person to give her to. so i bought her and gave her a bath, a hari cut and bought her a big bag of dog food, treats, a collar, bowls, leash, and toys. but i thought hey i will get a cute outfit to put her in when i give her to my grammie, i bought her a little pink dress that said "little lover". my grandma loves her so much so she kept both her and Sugar, then she put sugar down a few days later, it was the hardest thing i ever had to see her do :( but she had Tia to keep her happy, this all happened 2 years ago now but still my grandma calls Tia by mistake Sugar.. But she loves Tia so much! it makes me happy knowing that she has someone besides my Papa to talk to and cuddle with...
