Franklin's Story & Details
My parents rescued him and his brother. They were going to be put to sleep at the pound, and my mom couldn't let them. My dad's friend took Franklin's brother home and his name is Rango. Franklin is very smart, he alrteady understands what "NO" means and is getting the hang of being potty trained quickly.
