My husband brought Gizmo home for me one day as a surprise.My German Shepherd had passed 6 weeks before so he got me Gizzy to cheer me up. Gizzy is a TOTAL sweet heart. He is high maintenance, but very sweet and smart. I was worried about him getting hurt because we have 2 large dogs that had never been around a small dog. But he fit right in, the bigger ones actually act like his adopted mommy and daddy lol. He doesn't like sleeping in a doggy bed though, he has to have my clothes to sleep on ( I'm guessing it's a scent thing). He loves our children, he loves playing, he gets right in there with the big dogs lol. He hates being left alone, he'll cry and cry. He can have an attitude at times but mostly he's a sweet heart.
