I adopted Scooter (formerly Rodney) from the Humane Society because he was the only dog that didn't bark when I came into the kennels. He just jumped up and down like Tigger the Tiger. I don't know what his mix is besides toy poodle, but they told me that it's definitely a terrier breed. Any help would be appreciated.
