Ginger wandered into our home when just a pup. We tried to find her family with posters and shelter contacts, but no one came forward to claim her. She quickly endeared herself to us and became a part of our family. She does not like men in boots, I think she was abused by someone wearing boots. Ginger loves children, but was jealous when our son was born. She nipped him in the face and was sent to stay with my ex till he grew up a bit. We brought her back after he turned two and now they're best buddies. Ginger attaches to men more than women, but she loves everyone. She's a very loyal dog, she stayed right by my beagle's side till she drew her last breath at 14 years. Ginger will be 13 this March and is in very good health.
