Truth be told i never was suppose to get Chase. My Friends dog had puppies a month be for my birthday and i really wanted one. She kept showing me pictures and i really fell in love with them all. The only problem was i needed to as my Grandma if i could have one cause it was her house. My mom already said i could and it was all up to my grandma. When i finally asked her she said no and my heart sunk. My mom and dad tried to convince her but she didn't really say if she was gonna change her mind. So on the day on my birthday i was all excited and jumped in the car so i could go get him, But when i called my grandma she said she made up her mind and she said no. I was crying the whole time and i thought this was the worst day ever. But then she suddenly calls me back and she said that i could get the dog. I was so happy i couldn't stop thanking her. So my mom drove me to Howe Texas to pick him up. When i got to my friends house she led me into a room that had 6 puppies she handed me this little tiny puppy he was so small he fit right into my hand and from that moment he was mine. On the way back home it was getting late and i wanted to name him on the first day. So i asked my mom what should i name him and she said that i should name him Starbucks (only because we drove pass one.) My mom needed to stop for gas and while she did that i was still thinking of a name. I looked out of the window and i saw a Chase bank and i yelled CHASE!! I looked at him and said "yea your name will be chase" and it all worked out cause all he does is chase things rabbits, laser pointers, birds. I love my little chase even tho he doesn't really like other dogs i don't care cause i will still love him no matter what. He's just the funniest dog.
