Franklin's Story & Details
We know very little about Franklin's background except that he is approximately 1 year old and he was rescued from a "High Kill" shelter in southern Illinois. We went to a nearby shelter and fell in love with him and took him home the same day. He is still very new to our family, but he has been nothing but a joy so far!
