Hestia's Story & Details
Hesita was given to my sister by a neighbor whose full blooded breeds had mixed together. Hestia became ill with parvo at about three months old, and my sister and I took care of her every waking moment until she was able to get well again, which in itself was a blessing. She still remains a sick dog with lots of health problems. My sister could not take the health problems so I adopted her. She is great around my children (ages 3 and 2) and loves our cats, and enjoys playing with them. For the most part she likes to be cuddled, so long as you do not touch her around her tail as she have server skin allergies. She required monthly visits to the vet and shot to kep from biting all her skin off. She also has mild asmtha which prevents her from wanting to run around much.
Other than her health problems, she is the picture perfect example of a great dog to have.
