Spooky was rescued after being left in a cage at the vet for two years. Because of a skin condition, his original owners dropped him off at the vet for treatment, leaving incorrect phone numbers and contact information, and never returned to pick him up. Luckily, a local animal rescue program took Spooky in and his "foster family" quickly fell in love with him and became his forever family.
