Strangers Guido's Story & Details
My daughter adopted Guido from a rescue organization called "Hearts for Hounds" as a birthday present for me. My late husband and I were completely surprised as we had just moved into an RV park, living (at that time) in a 24' travel trailer. We had no desire to own any more pets as we were retired and didn't want to be tied down. He quickly wormed his way into our hearts, however, and enriched our lives as our newest "baby." We lost "Daddy" last year and now live in a senior apartment complex. Guido has adapted very well to our new environment and his favorite pastime is spending time "visiting" the other residents. People seem to love him and he surely loves them! He is a Havanese/Chihuahua mix. His coat kind of wild and crazy, yet soft and silky and he doesn't seem to shed at all!
