My mums friend dogs had puppys, (mum was a beige mastiff and dad a brown lab) and the mum rejected them, so my mum took maisie but I then took her as my mum didnt have the proper time for her. I was looking at getting a puppy anyway as i want my children to grow up with respect for animal. She is brilliant, a very quick learner and so loving and loyal. I have 3 cats aswell and although she wants to play with them she does leave them alone. She is house trained now so thats excellant and she just keeps getting better and better
