I adopted Elvis from the Kentucky Humane Society on July 20, 2008. He was sitting at the front of his kennel, as I walked past. It was like he was waiting for me. I walked down the row of dog kennels and he was almost at the end, next to a huge, ferocious dog that wasn't available for adoption. His name was originally Muffin and he was so well-trained. I suspect he was an elderly person's dog before I adopted him, considering how old he is and his name. I mean, who names a MALE dog MUFFIN?? So, I renamed him and all things considered, things are going well.
