I adopted chia from a pet store when I seen her in a filty pen full of feces and urine..the place smelled awful but atleast she wasn't from a puppy mill.they had proof of an owner surrender.the man bought the puppy for his girlfriend as a gift for x-mas.but turned out she left him.and he didn't want to take chia to a pound.so instead the pet store took her in...chia's a wonderful little lap dog,loves everyone she meets especially likes men.loves to be with you everywhere you go.shes very smart and does many tricks,learns very wuickly and I couldn't have asked for a better dog....shes everything I ever wanted in a small breed...
