Phoebe is a Miniature Pika-pin. Miniature Pinscher-Pekingese. Phoebe is my little sassy girl. She looks like a little, bat and sometimes a baby seal if I pull her ears back. She is 4 years old and such a fun little easy girl to take anywhere. Loves car rides and going out on the boat. Loves to be anywhere her family is. Great personality. She misses our female golden lab Roxy. :(
