Kipper was born during Hurricane FLoyd.
He acts like a hurricane too.
He is a jumper, can get pretty much anything off the counter, is annoying when there is food around. He barks too much when someone comes to the door. He could be a real sweetie if he would just try harder! Had him trained twice but, he has a mind of his own. I think we could use the Dog Whisperer!!
