My children and I went into one of our local pet stores "just to look" and came out the The Colonel. The owner of the pet store had started calling him that because his silver beard reminded her of Colonel Sanders from KFC. He came into my life at a time when he was very needed. He has been my waggy tail and warm wet kiss when I need to be reminded that I am loved.
