Grooming and sharing Sophie's Story & Details
I bought Sophie site unseen (I actually saw a picture of her on the internet and fell in love), to help keep my older sick doggy ,Roody, company when he was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Disease. He is also going blind and has a small tumor but because of his heart they can't do surgery. I have to admit she is for me also to help when he passes. In November I lost my little Toy Chihuahua to a sudden death (of which the vet still can't tell me why) and if not for Roody, I would not have made it. Sophie loves him to death. When she goes to the office with me, she can't wait to get home to him. As soon as she realizes we are home she gets very excited. As soon as we come in she starts looking for him. They kiss and play for a few minutes and then she starts picking on him and bullying him. She never lets me get too far away from her and if I do, she will break the speed of light getting next to me.

I see you got Sophie in Missouri. I got my little Logan from a breeder there as well. Do you know what city she came from? She is adorable!!

Sophie is a cutie! I absolutely love my chipoo Mulder. Like Sophie, he won't let me get to far from him. He has to be right by my side.

Thank you, we really think she's something. I found Sophie in Cuba, MO. She was listed on rollanet.org. I am going to email her within the next few months to see if she has more and if not then when. Since I am getting Sophie spayed next week, I won't have to worry if they are family. :) Where did you find Logan?

We got Logan from a place called Pine Log Farms in Rocky Comfort Missouri 3 years ago. Their website is no more and I cannot find any information about them any more...interesting...I was just curious because their are some similarities between them. Best of luck to you both and if you get another one :) Chipoos are such wonderful dogs!

I see what you mean about the similarities between them. Logan is a bit bigger than Soph but the coloring and silky coats are alike. I can let you know what I find out about Sophie's breeder if you would like.
