Designer Dog Breed Testimonials

I have owned a Mal-Shi for 7months and am enjoying the experience. My dog Angie and her sister Molly live with myself and my parents. So far we have found these dogs to be very loving and loyal. Both pups attended puppy classes and Angie has continued her training and is currently completing her intermediate level, she is always eager to please and both pups have been fast learners.

Our Shihpoo has been the most amazing little guy.He is so fun loving and has been outstanding with all of my children who range in age from 2-12. He isn't a yappy barker, he barks when needed. He is so smart too, when I acutally take the time to train him, he will catch on very quickly. He is energetic and loves to be with us wherever we go. He doesn't like to be left out at all and does get lonely if we have left him alone. He is one of the best dogs we have ever had.

I have talked to several people that were turned of instantly to my dog when they found out she contained mastiff. My Daniff is a Presa Canario/ Great Dane. And i have to say it bothers me when people turn away from her just because of her breeding. The presa canario was bred for fighting  so people instantly assume she is aggressive. people just do not realized the wonderful qualities of the Daniff mix. They are beautiful, intelligent and healthy. Because of my Daniff i took up breeding this specific cross and people turn away  most of the time not by the temperment of my presa canario or my great dane but simply because of what they read about the breed. i own several dogs of several breeds and my Daniff is by far one of the best. She is a brindle and beautiful. She is smart and sweet. loyal and loving. I also have a couple puppies form my mastiff and dane and they are the same way. They are a great family pet. Willing to watch over your children. people judge a breed not from an experience with them but by what they read or are told. And it is a shame. If not properly socialized when you yes they can be protective  with their family and unfriendly towards people they do not know but if tell socialized as a pup you couldnt ask for a better pet. i wouldnt trade my Daniff's for anything and would highly recommend the breed.

I have a Bea-Tzu!  She is 2 years old and is the most precious dog I've ever owned!  She has the Shih Tzu hair and more of the Beagle body.  She is absolutely adorable and very, very smart!  She is so faithful to me...I would definitely recommend this type of dog to someone who wants a true companion in a dog!

i have a papastzu and his name is pluto he is 3 yrs old and incredibly intelligent he has a lot of the pap feautures he is very vocal he is black and white good teeth no tartar my pure breed 2yr old shih tzu has bad teeth the papastzu has straight nice teeth and he is very curious and quick to learn the only problem he has is he forms alot of crystals in his urine so he has to eat prescription food other then that he is very healthy

I can't submit this without adding that I haven't had Pidge for long. My friends at work found her on the side of the road and I adopted her when she didn't work out in their home. She came to me very sick and underweight. We believe that she was owned by someone who abused her from all of her various scars and marks. She is a great dog and is fitting in well here but it has taken her a long time to open up and settle in. You can see in her eyes sometimes that it's been a long road for her. Her brother...Bronco... the Daniff also listed here on this site loves her very much, but he is the only dog she will tolerate. I think that she knew that she was home and decided to love him even though it goes against her instincts. She is a good dog, but both Shar-Pei's and Pitt Bull Terriers need an owner that is experienced and willing to take their training very seriously, especially if they have been abused.
