Our dog is very funny. He is very friendly and loves to be petted. He can smell food a mile away, often stealing from the family. He is a great dog to keep you company, but if someone comes home that he thinks will play, he will leave you in a minute. I wouldn't trade him for anything.

My little Joliea is going on 4 years old now. And is the light of my life. She is so well behaved, and very intelligent. She is the best traveling companion I have ever had, I take her on all my summer vacations. I take her into stores with her inside her little doggie carrier. She just sits in there and looks around, and never 4tries to jump out or get away, when she gets bored, she pokes her head back inside, and goes to sleep. She isn't a yappy little dog at all. When we stay in motels, I just take a potty paper and put it on the floor, and I don't even have to take her out, until morning. She is a true delight to be with. She follows me all over the house, and can't stand to have me out of her sight. She is the best dog I have ever owned, and don't know what I'd do without her.

I got a beagelman mix from a local rescue. He's such a great 3 year old dog even though we spoil him. He is so calm that we had thought he might of been mute until after 2 weeks he barked at another dog on our lawn. We had to find a dog food he would eat which took us some time to narrow down. He's right as his ideal weight and hasn't had any medical problems except for a cornial ulcer. He loves to go out for quick walks but most of the time he is more then happy to cuddle up under the blankets with us. He is a decent size dog not too big and not toy size either. He has really enriched our lives. Great mix, he isn't aggressive but can be protective of small children. He is mainly a wimp and hates getting his nails done and getting wet. His formal family had to put him up for adoption because of money troubles.

I finally broke down after years of begging by my family and now after getting Rosie our Papipoo at 7 mos (she is now almost 2) I can't imagine life without her. I had originally purchased her for our kids but Mom has taken over as the dog's favorite. She barks when she gets excited or when someone is at the door. Very smart! Very energetic (this dog loves to run...). She is thin boned and loves to leap from sofa to chair.
She loves to cuddle and be near people she knows. Wouldn't trade her for any other breed. Posted: 3/21/2010 10:25:17 AM by Anonymous More Papipoo Testimonials | Papipoo Breed Information | Papipoo Photos | Papipoo Videos | Papipoo Bios | Papipoo Discussions Our Zorro
This is just to let you know a little about this mix breed.
Our dog, Zorro, was a Jackshund and the most lovable, caring, protective (in a good way) dog we have ever had or known. We love him dearly and always will. We had to put Zorro to sleep today at the age of 4 years old. In a matter of 24 hours he couldn't walk and was paralyzed from the middle of the back down to his hind legs. He was in sooo much pain that the doggie prednosone wasn't even working. His spine was swollen and his vertebrae were spread so far apart the vet and surgeon told us that they don't even recommend surgery because they didn't think it would even help he was so bad. He also had what they think was a tumor on his spine at his neck. If you have one of these types of dogs, please, please watch the jumping and climbing on and off of things. If you do permit your dog on the furniture please, please, get him/her stairs. We will miss our Zorro forever and will love him always. I have a Dorkie that will be seven in just a few weeks. Unlike some of the information I have read, her ears stand erect with the fringe. She is gold in color with black and weighs 8 pounds. Most people think she is a Yorkie. She is a very happy girl and always ready to for an adventure. Loves to go shopping and going to lunch.
