Living with a Care-Tzu

Personality: The Care-Tzu is an outgoing, playful little dog. They tend to get comments everywhere they go on how joyful they look.

Shedding: The Care-Tzu sheds very little. Usually the her hair comes out when you brush it.

Behavior: The Care-Tzu is a very playful and happy dog. They typically love everyone the meet and greet them with wags, wiggles and kisses. They love toys but are not typically fetchers.

Barking: The Care-Tzu can be a very vocal dog. They tend to bark at toys and other dogs when they want to play. They do not have the typical guard dog bark though.

Care-Tzu Appearance

Size: The Care-Tzu weighs around 15 pounds at about 6 months of age.

Companionship: The Care-Tzu makes a wonderful companion dog.

Ears: The Care-Tzu may have one ear that stands up and one that lays down.

Body: The body of the Care-Tzu is longer than it is tall, but does not look disproportionate.

Tail: The Care-Tzu has a long tail which is usually held upward and constantly wagging.

Color: The Care-Tzu can be tan with a silvery, gray face and ears. The face and ears may be darker as a puppy and lighten as they mature. There may be some black on the tail and belly.

Coat: The coat of the Care-Tzu can be scruffy or wiry looking but is soft to the touch with fluffy fur on the face. They don't have much of an undercoat, even in the winter.
