It's been awhile since I posted.

I am still amazed with Dixie. She is just a charmer.

She is so full of energy and runs non-stop. Then, she has to take power nap.

When Dixie runs, she has a hop (like a bunny) it's a site to be scene. She acually hops more like a bunny than a puppy.

Just joined this site tonight and really feel good about it. Just wanting to share things about my little girl, Dixie.

At the moment, she is hunkered down in bed with her Daddy all warm and cozy. If, I'm on the lap top and not in bed, she will pick him to sleep with, other times, you can bet she is with her Momma!

While sleeping, Dixie wants to be right beside you.....I'm talking skin to skin. I wake up all through the night just to feel her little heart to make sure it's beating and to hear that little breath that she takes. It's almost like sleeping with a baby. Hmmm, it's been 42 years since I have experienced that. What?? was I too old to become a Mommy again?
